RayArt® FORM website terms

1 Scope and contact

This website is operated by Bevels Glass LLC — DBA RayArt®. “RayArt,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to that business. These terms describe use of the introductory RayArt® FORM website at rayart.me and its project-inquiry features. Contact support@rayart.me with questions. These website terms are not a manufacturing agreement, a confirmed commission or a replacement for terms applicable to an existing purchase or project. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

2 Current FORM presentation

RayArt® FORM is an original-design studio, currently showcasing concepts and welcoming Custom Design inquiries. Our creative direction includes sculptural art, architectural objects, functional design and Art Editions. Unless clearly identified otherwise, concept images and descriptions illustrate creative ideas rather than completed products, confirmed specifications, tested performance or items currently offered for sale.

The current FORM introduction does not offer new products for purchase. References to future production, materials, photographs, editions or shipping describe a direction, not a production commitment, availability guarantee or delivery promise. Suitability, dimensions, finishes, methods and availability must be established for a confirmed design.

3 Custom Design inquiries and paid commissions

You may use the inquiry form or email to discuss an idea, a space or a potential project. We review inquiries to assess feasibility and may discuss, refine or decline a proposal. Sending an inquiry, receiving an acknowledgement or discussing a concept does not place an order, accept a quotation, authorize a deposit, reserve production capacity or create a commitment to manufacture.

Any paid design work or production requires a separate commissioning agreement confirming scope, the degree of customization, deliverables, specifications, price, payment arrangements, and applicable production, delivery, installation, cancellation and refund terms. That agreement must also specify ownership and permitted uses of resulting designs and deliverables, while respecting each party’s and third parties’ pre-existing rights. An inquiry, initial discussion or payment does not by itself transfer intellectual-property rights or grant a production license.

These website terms create no project timeline, return window or refund commitment and do not alter rights under an existing agreement or applicable law. Provide accurate contact information and only details needed for the discussion; do not send payment-card details or sensitive personal information through the form.

4 Existing orders and future sales

For an existing purchase or project, the agreement, disclosures and policies applicable to that transaction remain relevant, together with applicable law. This website and these terms do not retroactively remove a customer’s rights or resolve differences between historical policy versions. Email support@rayart.me with the order or project reference for assistance.

Before any future direct sale or paid engagement, the relevant offer and agreement must identify what is being supplied and the applicable commercial terms. A concept image, discussion or statement of future intent is not a substitute for that information.

5 Design information and professional services

Website information is general design information, not a site assessment or electrical, structural, building-code or installation instruction. Concepts do not establish certification, compatibility or suitability. Confirm project requirements and use qualified professionals where needed.

RayArt PRO is a separate professional-services inquiry route. Local cabinetry and architectural services require their own review and agreement. FORM does not promise nationwide installation or include installation with an object or artwork.

6 Website content and materials you submit

Website text, designs, media and third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. Viewing the site grants no right to manufacture a depicted design or reproduce protected content except as permitted by the owner or law.

You retain rights you hold in submitted materials. An inquiry gives us limited permission to receive, store, review and use them only to assess and respond to your request and conduct related discussions, including through necessary communication providers. It does not transfer ownership, authorize manufacture or permit public advertising use. Broader uses, production rights and confidentiality arrangements require separate agreement.

We will obtain your explicit permission before publishing an identifiable customer project or submitted materials in a portfolio, on social media or in advertising. Evaluation permission does not authorize publication. Submit only materials you are entitled to share; an inquiry does not itself create a confidentiality agreement.

7 External links

External websites are operated under their own terms and privacy notices. Review the destination's information before using its services. A link does not create a commissioned project with RayArt or make an external service responsible for a RayArt project. These terms do not change rights or disclosures applicable to earlier content or transactions.

8 Acceptable website use

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent, unlawful or abusive material, impersonate others, interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code or infringe others’ rights. We may restrict access as reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the site, subject to law, without cancelling valid existing-transaction rights.

9 Website availability privacy and text messages

The introductory website and general information are provided as available. We may change content and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. This does not disclaim a separate contractual promise or non-excludable legal protection.

Shopify hosts this website. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled, allowing Shopify to process information from interactions here, with other merchants and with Shopify to provide Enhanced Services, which can include personalization, analytics and advertising. Information submitted to or collected through the website is shared with Shopify and relevant service providers, which may process it in other countries. Our privacy policy, Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify’s privacy portal explain processing and applicable choices.

The optional text program has separate SMS terms and an SMS privacy notice. Website use or a project inquiry does not enroll you.

10 Updates and questions

The effective date identifies this version. Updates do not automatically rewrite an existing order or separate agreement; required notices or agreement still apply. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest applies to the extent permitted by law. Email support@rayart.me with questions or an existing matter.
