RayArt® FORM
Last updated: October 25, 2026
1 Who we are and what this notice covers
RayArt® FORM is operated by Bevels Glass LLC — DBA RayArt®. In this notice, “RayArt,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to that business. Contact us about privacy at support@rayart.me. Business address: 5041 Luker Lane, Nashville, TN 37013, USA. Telephone: +1 (615) 933-1397.
This notice explains how personal information is handled when you visit rayart.me, submit a Custom Design inquiry, correspond with us or ask for help with an existing RayArt matter. RayArt® FORM is an original-design studio, currently showcasing concepts and welcoming Custom Design inquiries. The current FORM website does not offer new products for purchase or accept a deposit through an inquiry.
Separate notices apply to the optional RayArt text program. Third-party websites and services have their own notices for information they process independently.
2 Information you provide
Our website inquiry form requires your name, email address and a description of your idea; the department selection is optional. We receive the information you enter and the correspondence that follows. Email correspondence includes your email address, message and any information or attachments you choose to send. An existing-order or project question may include details needed to identify that matter.
Provide only information needed for the conversation. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, government identification or sensitive personal information through an inquiry. Share another person’s information, photographs or other materials only when you are entitled to do so. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages or the optional text program.
3 Website and security information
Shopify hosts this website and processes information when you visit or use its features. Website services can receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages requested, visit timing, referral information and cookie or similar identifiers. This information can support website delivery, security, diagnostics and measurement.
Our inquiry form uses Shopify’s native contact service. Shopify processes submissions to handle and deliver the inquiry, and its spam filters analyze the message body. Form-protection tools can also involve hCaptcha and assess technical and interaction information to distinguish people from automated abuse. An inquiry may require a security challenge. See hCaptcha’s privacy information.
Cookies, pixels and similar technologies can support website operation, remember preferences, measure use or support marketing, depending on the service and applicable choices. Browser settings can restrict or clear stored data, but may affect website functions and do not replace applicable privacy rights or service-specific choices.
4 How we use information
We use information you provide to read and respond to your inquiry, assess feasibility, discuss whether and how an idea could be developed, maintain related correspondence and provide requested support. We also use relevant information to operate and protect the website, diagnose problems, understand website use, administer privacy and communication preferences, and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations.
Website measurement and marketing technologies may process technical information and interactions for their configured purposes, subject to applicable law and choices. An inquiry is not itself permission to send marketing emails or texts. Where a separate communication choice is offered, its accompanying choice and notice apply. Permission to evaluate a project does not authorize publication of your submitted materials.
5 Shopify and other recipients
Shopify hosts this website. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled, allowing Shopify to process information from interactions with this website together with information from interactions with other merchants and Shopify to provide Enhanced Services. These services can support service improvement, personalization, analytics and advertising. Information submitted to or collected through this website is shared with Shopify and relevant service providers, which may be located in other countries. Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy explains its processing; its privacy portal explains available rights and choices about Shopify’s own uses.
Our native inquiry form sends submissions through Shopify to our support mailbox at support@rayart.me, provided through Zoho. These services process information needed to deliver, store and handle correspondence. Providers supporting security, website operations, measurement and optional messaging may process information for their respective services. Depending on the service, a provider may act on our behalf or process information for its own purposes described in its notice.
We may disclose relevant information when necessary to comply with applicable law or valid legal process, respond to a privacy request, protect people or systems, or establish, exercise or defend legal rights. We may also disclose information at your request or with permission where required.
Some advertising uses across websites may constitute sale, sharing or targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws, even without payment for the information. Applicable choices are described in section 9. An inquiry does not itself authorize marketing enrollment or public use of project materials.
6 External websites
Links to external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Those services may receive technical information when you visit them and process information you choose to provide. Review their privacy notices and available choices. Their independent processing is distinct from our handling of a FORM inquiry.
7 Optional text messages
The RayArt text program has separate, optional service-text and marketing-text choices. You do not need to provide a mobile number or agree to texts to contact RayArt. Its SMS privacy notice, SMS terms and text preferences page explain the program. This general notice does not replace them, enroll you in texts, change an existing text choice or expand use of text-message opt-in information.
8 Retention storage and security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this notice. For inquiry correspondence, we consider whether the discussion remains active, whether it leads to an agreed project, unresolved requests or disputes, security needs, applicable recordkeeping duties and deletion rights. Preference records and technical information may have different retention needs.
We periodically review information against these criteria and delete or anonymize it when no longer needed, subject to applicable legal obligations, unresolved matters and provider recovery or backup limitations. A deletion request does not necessarily require immediate erasure of every record or copy. Contact us with questions about information associated with your inquiry.
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where Shopify and relevant providers operate. Protections can differ by location. We use safeguards required by applicable law for international transfers and reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please limit the personal information you send through an inquiry or email.
9 Your choices requests and complaints
Depending on applicable law and the processing involved, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of personal information; withdraw consent where processing depends on it; or object to or opt out of certain processing, including applicable sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Some laws also provide rights concerning qualifying automated decisions, authorized agents, appeals or complaints to a regulator. Legal conditions and exceptions apply.
Use Privacy choices to access the website’s Shopify-powered data-sharing opt-out page. Use Cookie preferences, also available in the website footer, to review or change available cookie choices, including withdrawing a consent choice. The options presented can depend on your location, browser and applicable settings; a cookie choice and a data-sharing opt-out are not necessarily the same choice.
Shopify’s customer privacy guidance explains how its controls respond to Global Privacy Control signals in configured opt-out regions. Availability and operation depend on the signal, browser and configured region. This does not limit rights or signal recognition required by applicable law. If a control is unavailable or does not reflect your request, contact support@rayart.me. This contact route is additional to, not a replacement for, a control required by applicable law.
To make a privacy request, email support@rayart.me and describe the request and relevant interaction without sending passwords or payment details. The business owner is responsible for handling these requests. We may need reasonable information to verify identity or authority. We will handle the request, explain any applicable limitation and provide required appeal information within the requirements and deadlines of applicable law. You may ask us to review our response by replying or emailing the same address. Exercising an applicable privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination.
For choices about Shopify’s own processing, including available objections, consent withdrawal, deletion and advertising opt-outs, visit Shopify’s privacy portal and Consumer Privacy Policy. Direct choices relating to another provider’s independent services to that provider. Contact us if you need help identifying the relevant route.
10 Children and changes
The FORM website is intended for adults exploring design and projects and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through it, contact support@rayart.me so we can review the matter and take appropriate action.
We may update this notice when our practices or applicable requirements change, including before materially different processing or a new sales process. The date above identifies the version. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required; an update does not itself authorize a use requiring separate consent.
